The country house is secluded, near woods in the foothills of Slepičí and Novohradské Hory (Gratzener Bergland), near the cozy village Slavče.

This place offers not only peace, romance and beautiful nature, but also a lot of sport opportunities and other activities in the area.

You will arrive to a pre-heated house, you can light the traditional tiled stove and enjoy the atmosphere of old times and crackling wood. You are also welcome to enjoy Finnish sauna and open fireplace, where you can barbecue or just watch the flames.

Accommodation

The country house can accommodate up to 11 people in three bedrooms.

The ground floor consists of large “social room” with a dining table, sofa, armchair and tiled stove. There are two bedrooms and a relax zone located in the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen double bed and a reading area with two armchairs. The smaller bedroom has a custom made bed 3m wide bed for 3 people. The third bedroom with double bed is located above the garage. Additionally, you can use up to four extra beds and a sleeping sofa for 2 people in the living room area.

After a day of activities, you can relax on the sofa in the "reading corner" and browse the rich library.

Bathrooms: There is one bathroom on the ground floor with shower, sink and toilet. There is also a Finnish sauna with portable outdoor shower.

Heating: Electric portable heaters and tiled stove.

Available equipment and amenities: The country house is furnished in a traditional spirit. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, double hob, microwave, and kettle, as well as stylish ceramic dishware.

In the living room there is a tiled stove with oven, TV, WiFi connection in the whole house and lots of board games for all age categories.

The sauna and fireplace with an open view of the courtyard offers an ultimate relax in the evening or in case of bad weather.

There is garden furniture and a garden swing.

The water comes from a 60-meter well and is fully drinkable, but due to the high iron content it has a very specific taste, therefore there are water bottles prepared for you in the hallway.

Parking: It is possible to park up to 5 cars right in front of the house.

Restaurants and shopping possibilities: There are various restaurants in nearby town Trhové Sviny (6km), where you can find super markets (Lidl, Coap), pharmacy, drug stores and other local businesses.
